Week 22 Day 3 - Discipline

Warmup: Stretch for 10 minutes

Workout: Run 10,000 Meters (6.2 miles)

    Redline: To go so hard that you cannot hear, speak, think, or breathe......

    If you can do any of the above while "Redlining", well, you're not "Redlining"

    It's a skill that takes much practice and patience.

    If you're having a hard time with the whole forward lean thing, sprint the uphills.

    If you wanna load your quads and increase your turnover speed, sprint the downhills. Just be careful not to faceplant.
