Week 20 Day 2 - Strength

Goal: Sprint all out on intervals. Test yourself on the rounds - push past the point of fatigue.

Warmup: Stretch 10 minutes

Workout:

8 x 200 Meters on 2 minutes
4 x 400 Meters on 3 minutes

M rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
10 Burpees

  1. I don't know if my ass and legs are tired from yesterday WOD, but they still hurt.

    200's averaged 27 to 30 seconds a piece
    400's averaged 1:10 to 1:13

    slower than first time (11:30), but I felt more efficient considering what we did the day before.
