  3. Just getting to the Warrior workouts this week (yes, it's Wednesday.) I pretty much wrecked myself in my first SUP race (paddle board race) this past weekend up at Tahoe. 2-4' swell, with all sorts of wakes... it was ugly, but I loved every bit of it.
