Week 21 Day 3 - Courage



Deadhang Pull Up Ladder (1 to 10)
Run 2 Miles
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Flutter Kicks
100 Squats
Run 2 Miles
Deadhang Pull Up Ladder (1 to 10)

Do all of one exercise before moving on to another in element 3.


  1. Element 3 first 2 rounds broken into sets of 25.
    Last round did 50 straight before moving on to next exercise. Thanks Trav for keeping me real. I wasn't paying attention.

  2. 60:40 with 20 lb vest on the 2 mile runs.
    Tough WOD but had a fun time overall.

    70 mins for me today, I think my abs were still fried from Angie - I dunno, my situps and flutter kicks were much slower than usual or maybe it was 100 pull ups with a vest on Monday, or maybe the 20kg turkish get ups - at this point who knows. I do know I had to use a blue band for my strict pull ups. UGhhhh
