Warmup:

10min of Stretching

WOD:

Beginner Run 0.5 mile

Intermediate Run 1.5 miles

Advanced Run 5k (3.1 miles)

Elite Run 5k (3.1 miles)

A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

    It sure wasn't pretty and it wasn't fast, but it got done dammit......

    The only substitute for running is to dream about it. And I'm not sure that'll help either, if you stop doing it for any length of time.

    I am not a runner - nor was I born athletically gifted - I was born to be a pack mule! Thats it + heavy loads + long distance + slow pace = Alena....
