  3. 51:36 missed it by 36 seconds (my goal time) also had to use the small blue band for strict pull ups - I think I jacked my shoulder on windmills. Will be better after the cancer settles in from the runs this weekend. LOL
    Great job everyone, and oh yeah yummmmmy Paleo Pizza!
