Rock N Roll FMP

Since we all did this last time, but we all chose the option of lifting a lot of weight, this time we get to run run run.

10K with a 25 pound pack.


  1. So, I did not do this WOD - what what you say? I rested on Saturday and ran my first half marathon on Sunday.

  2. Yea, I didn't run this one either. Except didn't run a half marathon either. I guess I'm just a slacker, sorry Coach.
