Did Fran before this workout - yes I am crazy, but I beat my Fran time by a minute! :-)So, I went real light on the dumbbelss per Mel and Chandlers advice 20lb db's, and rowed 500m instead of ran - really no reason why, just didnt want to run. :-)It was 20ish minutes, have it written on the board at the gym.
