Warm Up:

(L) Rounds of
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


7min Run - Easy Intensity (you can talk but not in full sentences)
7min Run - Moderate Intensity (down to single word only)
7min Run - High Intensity (you can hardly breath)
Turn around - The Chase is on (Negative Split)
