Warm up

800m run
Push ups
Sit ups
800m run


4-6 rounds
5 kettlebell clean and press right side - heavy and strict
5 kettlebell clean and press left side - heavy and strict

This workout is not timed, focus on solid movements, and strict press for each rep.


  1. WOW - I could of done 20kg on the right side, but the left side was not happening without a knee bend. Great job tonight guys!

  2. Did anyone notice we are supposed to meditate on our rest day - for 15 minutes!!!!
    Gene laid a bet I could make it 2:45 before I crack, he gave me 45 seconds longer than I gave myself, and I was being generous. I am going to have to lock myself in a closet, or a low pressure tanning bed. 15 minutes, for those of you who experienced Bikram Yoga with me we all know this may be my Warrior athlete failure.

  3. If you have never tried to meditate before, 15 minutes is WAY to LONG! (sorry coach). 5 minutes would be a more reasonable challenge.

    Our minds are like runaway trains (our constant stream of thoughts). You can get to a pretty quite place when you derail the train. Of course with meditation - even thinking about derailing the train is another thought!!!

    Best advise - know that the thoughts will come bubbling up, see them, and let them go without attaching to them.

    And Alena, if you can do a 5 something Fran as RXed, you should ? be able to do NOTHING for 5 minutes!
