Warm - up

10 minute stretch

Workout
3-4 rounds
20 med weight dumbbell thrusters
20 pull ups
400m run

Focus on form, strength, and breathing to calm yourself.

  1. Did Fran before this workout - yes I am crazy, but I beat my Fran time by a minute! :-)
    So, I went real light on the dumbbelss per Mel and Chandlers advice 20lb db's, and rowed 500m instead of ran - really no reason why, just didnt want to run. :-)
    It was 20ish minutes, have it written on the board at the gym.
