Workout:

2 mile run

2-4 rounds

10 dead hang pull ups
10 dumbbell thrusters
10 knees 2 elbows

50-40-30-20-10

Push ups
Squats

2 mile run

  1. HOLY SHIT!!!! I would like to put more harsh words, but I think Holy Shit works well here!
    Ran first 2 miles rowed last 2 miles, and that was a dumb idea - haha

    4 rounds on dead hangs and thrusters - used blue band for dead hangs, and 30lb dumbbells

    62:35 for total WOD, and even tapped out twice during push ups, but the ref would not let me out....

    Never again am I going to row as an option to run, especially when the row is 4000 meters.
    Great job PM group.. pushing through this long WOD.
