Warmup

10 min active stretch

Workout

4-6 rounds
20-65lb kettlebell

10 right arm KB clean & jerk
10 left arm KB clean & jerk
10 kettlebell swings

Practice good form on your clean and jerks, if you are struggling with the movement, you may do a clean and push press to complete workout.

  1. I'm sorry to say we only have one 28kg kettlebell, and how many of us will scale "up" at 5 tonight? ;0)

  2. Getting funny looks at the base gym, since I'm actually using the equipment as suppose to :-p.

    6 Rounds w/ 50lb Dumbbell

    Those clean and jerks were quite interesting.
