Warmup

10 min active stretch

Workout

1 mile run easy intensity
1 mile run medium intensity
1 mile run high intensity

Record each mile time and recover between each mile as needed. Maintain the intensity level for each,.

  1. Have not completed this one yet - but since I have had a smart ass comment all the way across the board, may go ahead and add one here as well - recover between miles to maintain paces??? When will my "paces" come to me - I have one, and it goes something like "just keep running, just keep running".
    Dory from Finding Nemo but she uses swimming.

    Treadmills are only ok if you put it at 12% incline and 10mph for the while thing!

  5. WOW - you guys are tuff on the treadmill clan... Hmmmm, so when ever the 15k run comes up I have to be on a treadmill in a dark room with no outside bothers on a 12% incline at 10mph to mainatain. HAHAHAHA guess I will be running outside!
