4-6 rounds
400m run
10 clapping push ups
10 tuck jumps
10 kettlebell swings - medium weight

  1. I have decided that tuck jumps are a movement that Satan made up for girls with no explosive power and big legs to look like an ass while doing. Thanks Coach. HAHAHA
    I rowed all my rounds but one, and that 1 I ran was pathetic - think I was tired from Nicole or Saturday or just making excuses!
