Week 7 Day 1, Monday 3, 2010

Warm up
400m run
2 x
2 pull ups
25 squats
then
400m run
2x
25 push ups
25 sit ups
then
5-10-20-10-5
Kettlebell clean and press (right arm) med weight
Kettlebell clean and press (left arm) med weight

Workout:
3-5 rounds
25 deadlifts - medium weight
50 situps

    That was just crazy amount of deadlifts. Really, 125 deadlifts!

  2. I think this was the one that I got done in 15 mins.

    Went with 70kg on my deads so 154lbs instead of 185lbs. 125 deads at that weight would of taken me a while.

    Don't forget Matt did the warm up with like a 20 or 24kg kettlebell. :0)
