I'm having trouble getting through this week... time is short, and these workouts are not. I managed today's... but it was about a 75% effort... took 50 minutes to get through the running/push-ups/flutter kicks... then ended up doing jumping pull-ups and squats... I was at the playground, and there weren't many options for pull-up bars.
ReplyDeleteOh, today I did do Crossfit Games style push-ups... like Gene told me about... not sure what I think of those.
Not sure how tomorrow will pan out... I'll have the girls with me...
