It took me a bit to do the 135 pound presses. I should've jerked em.
Oh well, that was fun as hell.
I actually dreamed about this workout last night. Somethings not right??
Nice job to everyone who has powered through this week.
The last set of 10 presses became a set of a hell of a lot more than that - I would have to push press it from the rack position (so there is 1 rep that does not count) to get 1 maybe if I was lucky 2 reps.
