After the first round I was sure that I loaded my bar with 200kg. I rechecked and it was 55kg. Still felt like 200kg.
ReplyDelete20 minutes came very fast after 3 and 1/4 rounds of that nightmare.
Thank God Adam came to cheer Elene and I on because in my head I had it licked, but everything else said F' you Denny.
Time for a beer and a swim.
Right there with you, Denny. Except that instead of a 200kg bar, it was a 200kg a$% for pull-ups. It would be nice if I could actually kip... ahhhh, some day...

WOW I'm glad to see the rounds short. I was a little worried when I got through round one and it was like 8 minutes or something. That combination was good, just the amount was freakin ridiculous.

Finished the fourth round, which took an additional 7mins after the 20 to complete.
