ReplyDeleteRan first 2 miles rowed last 2 miles, and that was a dumb idea - haha
4 rounds on dead hangs and thrusters - used blue band for dead hangs, and 30lb dumbbells
62:35 for total WOD, and even tapped out twice during push ups, but the ref would not let me out....
