Record each mile time and recover between each mile as needed. Maintain the intensity level for each,.

Have not completed this one yet - but since I have had a smart ass comment all the way across the board, may go ahead and add one here as well - recover between miles to maintain paces??? When will my "paces" come to me - I have one, and it goes something like "just keep running, just keep running".

Is it cheating to use a treadmill?

Treadmills are only ok if you put it at 12% incline and 10mph for the while thing!
WOW - you guys are tuff on the treadmill clan... Hmmmm, so when ever the 15k run comes up I have to be on a treadmill in a dark room with no outside bothers on a 12% incline at 10mph to mainatain. HAHAHAHA guess I will be running outside!
