10 right arm KB clean & jerk
10 left arm KB clean & jerk
10 kettlebell swings
Practice good form on your clean and jerks, if you are struggling with the movement, you may do a clean and push press to complete workout.

I'm sorry to say we only have one 28kg kettlebell, and how many of us will scale "up" at 5 tonight? ;0)
