    That was so freakin horrible! My knees were hurting so bad. I ran on the treadmill and maintained under seven minute miles :-). It's good to have something to hold on too :-p.

  3. I did this, but I think I have mentally blocked it from my mind - oh yes, I rowed 3 of the 4 rounds. :-)
    My ankles were sore from endurance the day before - now I remember!
