    Taped the foot and ran stiff legged most of the way, but heh, at least I got to run again.

    Iced right after in ice bath, this hurt worse than the run.

    Then went and swam in Tahoe.

    Wetsuit only, water about 58 degrees. Did CFE workout
    3X300 (1' rest between intervals)

    Poor lifeguards would have died trying to save my ass, glad I didn't drown. Frigid.....

  3. I like to call this one Nancy's Daycare. 18:38... had all sorts of issues with the girls... (my girls... not just Nancy herself.)

    I did this Monday with the normal WOD - 10am class - my running is sooooooo slow!
