There is a difference between interest and commitment. When your interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When your committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.

  1. Completed Phase 2 Assessment week.
Did swims for rows. Overall, I am very satisfied
with the outcome. I am looking forward
to the next chapter of this journey.

Great job to my fellow warrior athletes!

Thank you for the opportunity, Coach Ord.

  2. I had a great time with this assessment. I also did swims instead of rows and feel that this was much more beneficial to me. Way to push through the suck and finish everyone!

  3. I'm down to the final 3 lifts of the assessment week... my back was kind of tweaked, so I postponed the deads, backsquats, etc. until today.

Overall, I think this is great. It appears that I made my greatest gains in my weakest area 'power,'... very interesting!

I appreciated the reminder (from our meeting? or was it on the blog?) that we are doing this to become well-rounded/ balanced in all areas! It makes for an interesting goal.

    Thanks so much to all!
