Warm up:

Run 1 mile

3 Rounds of
10 Push-ups
10 Dumbbell Overhead Press (M)
10 Pull-ups (or med KB Bent over rows)

Run 1 mile


WOD:

Angie
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

*Pretty much Murph for a warm up :-). Mel and Chandler had there Wheaties this morning!!

  1. It took me TEN minutes to get through 50 pull-ups... that was lame. I did the intermediate scaling... 50 of each, and finished in 15:22. Those pull-ups were totally embarrassing.

  4. No worries Torrey that was the longest 100 pull ups I have ever done! I tried running the warm up mile and didn't realize how much sickness can take out of you. So not impressed with my 100 pull ups. haha
