Element 3 first 2 rounds broken into sets of 25.

ReplyDelete70 mins for me today, I think my abs were still fried from Angie - I dunno, my situps and flutter kicks were much slower than usual or maybe it was 100 pull ups with a vest on Monday, or maybe the 20kg turkish get ups - at this point who knows. I do know I had to use a blue band for my strict pull ups. UGhhhh
