Use the warmup to thoroughly warm up your body. Don't skimp. Don't get so caught up in going fast that you sacrifice on form - solid technique and full range of motion.

11:45... whew-hoo! O.k, I only did 1/2 of Angie... but that's what I did last time... and I dropped 4 minutes. The pull-ups (and kind of the push-ups) are the death of me... it took me 6 minutes to do 50 pull-ups... kind of embarrassing... but oh well!
