That was just crazy amount of deadlifts. Really, 125 deadlifts!
I think this was the one that I got done in 15 mins.
ReplyDeleteWent with 70kg on my deads so 154lbs instead of 185lbs. 125 deads at that weight would of taken me a while.
Don't forget Matt did the warm up with like a 20 or 24kg kettlebell. :0)
