Faster... FASTER!

10 Deadhang Pull Ups
Run 400 Meters

Rest 10 Minutes

M rounds for time of...

15 Dumbbell Push Press
15 Kipping Pull Ups
Run 400 Meters

Utilize explosiveness in element 2 to meet or beat the time of element 1.

    Used 35# DB's. Probably could have gone heavier, but I'm boycotting the heavy overhead press. Seems like we've done a bunch of these as of late.

    Used 35# DB's. WOW.. I need to drink more water through the day or something. Horrible cramp in the second round.

    Sorry coach, had a feeling the explosiveness of round 2 would not speed me up (maybe for 10 reps, but not 15).

    I am keeping my shoulders in tact for later in life too.
