Week 24 Day 6 - Courage

Operation: Rock or Roll

Option A: Shorter Distance but Heavier

Run 1 Mile
Barbell Deadlift - 10,000 lbs or 4,550 Kg
Barbell Clean - 7,500 lbs or 3,410 Kg
Press, Push Press or Jerk - 5,000 lbs or 2,273 Kg
*Keep track of lists. Note time from beginning of run to end of all lifts

Option B: Longer but no Heavy Lifting
Run 10K (6.2 miles) with 25 lbs pack.

    Run: 7:30
    DL's - 12:58 - 38 reps at 120 Kg (5 min. 28 sec)
    Cleans - 27:37 - 49 reps at 70 Kg (14 min 39 sec)
    Push Press - 32:19 - 46 reps at 50 Kg (4 min 52 sec)

    Cleans took FOREVER. I can tell that I'm out of practice.
