Week 17 - Day 2 Strength


Warmup: 10 Minutes of Stretching

Workout:

RUN!

50 meters - 4 intervals on 3 minutes
100 meters - 3 intervals on 4 minutes
400 meters - 2 intervals on 6 minutes

    12X75 on 1', 50", 40", 30", 20", 10", 10", 20", 30", 40", 50", 1' rest interval.
    All 75's were swam in 56" to 1'

  3. 50 m... 10 seconds (yes Chandler, you are TWICE as fast as I am!)

    100m... 19 seconds

    400m... 1:25... back at altitude is not quite as fun as running these things at sea level

    All I could think of was when our rowing coach hauled us (20+ LARGE women) up to the track to run sprints, and the real runners just laughed and laughed... this was all at the training center in Chula Vista... made for some entertaining dinner time conversation.
